This is a high-profile leadership role, responsible for driving sales performance, managing large teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
With a strong market presence and an extensive development pipeline, this business presents an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple developments.
Collaborate with marketing, land, and construction teams to optimise sales opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
Drive sales performance through effective KPI management, coaching, and team development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within a volume housebuilder (400+ units per year).
Experience managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
Commercially astute, with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellence.
