This is a high-profile leadership role, responsible for driving sales performance, managing large teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

With a strong market presence and an extensive development pipeline, this business presents an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to make a significant impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple developments.

  • Collaborate with marketing, land, and construction teams to optimise sales opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

  • Drive sales performance through effective KPI management, coaching, and team development.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within a volume housebuilder (400+ units per year).

  • Experience managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.

  • Commercially astute, with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
