Executive Search is extremely transparent, operating within a dedicated timeframe that provides you with regular updates at each stage of the process. Significant time is invested at the outset including full market mapping, identifying both target organisations and potential candidates. We then approach, assess, interview and shortlist suitable individuals before arranging interviews with your organisation. We can also advise on any testing (psychometric, aptitude etc.) required.
We work with you to secure the preferred candidate, negotiating the salary and package on your behalf. We maintain contact with the successful candidate through their notice period and during their first six months with your business, helping to reduce any onboarding issues.

A less-formal process offering some of the same features as Executive Search but in a more compressed time period. This is a solution usually used for intermediate level appointments where time is of the essence.
