Cognisant has been instructed to appoint a Head of Sales and Marketing on behalf of an SME residential housebuilder. This well-capitalised business delivers high-quality homes with a strong reputation for excellence. With an expanding pipeline of developments, this role offers the opportunity to shape and execute a best-in-class sales and marketing strategy while driving the growth of a forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing tailored sales and marketing strategies for each new residential development.
Managing and refining sales processes to enhance customer experience and maximise conversion rates.
Leading and mentoring the sales team and external agents, setting clear targets and fostering a collaborative culture.
Conducting market research to ensure competitive positioning and support pricing strategies.
Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in new homes sales, ideally within a housebuilder setting.
Strong understanding of the residential property market, including customer needs, pricing strategies, and emerging trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
Experience managing budgets and implementing data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
