Cognisant has been instructed to appoint a Head of Sales and Marketing on behalf of an SME residential housebuilder. This well-capitalised business delivers high-quality homes with a strong reputation for excellence. With an expanding pipeline of developments, this role offers the opportunity to shape and execute a best-in-class sales and marketing strategy while driving the growth of a forward-thinking organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing tailored sales and marketing strategies for each new residential development.

  • Managing and refining sales processes to enhance customer experience and maximise conversion rates.

  • Leading and mentoring the sales team and external agents, setting clear targets and fostering a collaborative culture.

  • Conducting market research to ensure competitive positioning and support pricing strategies.

  • Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales, ideally within a housebuilder setting.

  • Strong understanding of the residential property market, including customer needs, pricing strategies, and emerging trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.

  • Experience managing budgets and implementing data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
