The above 3 elements are key to being successful in this role for this North West based housebuilder.
With a strong pipeline of schemes across the region you will work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure the delivery of new build timber frame homes to time and budget, not to mention quality.
You will be able to demonstrate a progressive and stable career within the sector along with the aptitude to drive projects and teams forward. Reporting to the Build Director, you will be influential in the future of this team.
