Cognisant has been instructed to recruit a Senior Land Manager on behalf of a high-growth, cash-rich, multi-sector development business. This role sits within their residential division and presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, ambitious company that is aggressively expanding its land portfolio.

If you have a strong network, excel at building trusted relationships with landowners, and can identify and secure land deals, you will be well rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire off-market land opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and key stakeholders.
Assess site potential, conduct preliminary due diligence, and appraise development opportunities.
Negotiate and secure land deals that align with the company’s growth strategy.
Collaborate with internal planning, legal, and development teams to progress acquisitions smoothly.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in land acquisition within residential development.
A strong network of landowners, agents, and local authorities.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Strong understanding of planning policies, land appraisals, and the development process.
Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work independently and drive deals forward.
