Cognisant is recruiting a Land Manager on behalf of a cash-rich residential development business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification and acquisition of off-market land opportunities through outreach, networking, and research.

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with landowners, agents, and key stakeholders.

  • Participate in assessing site potential and conducting preliminary due diligence.

  • Help negotiate and secure land deals that align with the company’s growth strategy.

  • Collaborate with internal planning, legal, and development teams to support the acquisition process.

Key Requirements:

  • Some experience or internship in land acquisition, real estate, or residential development is preferred.

  • An interest in developing a strong network of landowners, agents, and local authorities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

  • Basic understanding of planning policies and the development process.

  • A willingness to learn and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive deals forward.
