Cognisant is currently recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing residential developer. The opportunity reports into the Finance Director and will manage a small team. Experience of COINS is essential as you will operate as a superuser across the business.

Duties include:

  • Delivery of the monthly management accounts and rolling full-year forecast, as well managing the weekly cash flow forecasting.

  • Variance analysis and ad hoc reporting to aid the understanding of divisional performance and sign-off of monthly management accounts.

  • Analysis and review of development margins from land acquisition to sell out.

  • Support sales forecasting process, including analysing of incentives and reconciliation of stock and forward sales.

  • Assist the Divisional Finance Director with the preparation of the division’s annual budget and 3-year business plan, together with the monthly forecasts.

This role offers significant exposure across the business, the chance to utilise both finance and commercial skills and great career progression. You will be a qualified accountant with experience of operating in a similar capacity within the property sector. COINS system experience is essential.
