Senior/Partnership Manager.

Various Locations - England.

Excellent Basic, Bonus + Package.

We are undertaking a search for housebuilding ‘Partnership Managers’ across England on behalf of a major housebuilder, we are keen to speak with individuals at all levels, up to senior management level.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working within the land and partnership team playing a critical role in developing relationships with external partners

  • Identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities with both existing and new partners

  • Develop house-types, specifications, and other site-specific details to satisfy clients requirements

  • Lead on developing legal agreements and partnership agreements ensuring that these protect the company and adhere to current legislation

We are keen to speak with individuals with a strong housebuilding background, having held a Managing Director position or above. You are comfortable with due process and corporate governance, having the experience to undertake to the responsibilities outlined above. You are highly credible and give the shareholders confidence in your report, which will enable them to sanction your findings.
